Together with the client, we work with a design team within the organisation. They pull the cart of a change assignment. They shape the learning environment as well as the power source for the rest of the organisation.

Based on the original question, we make a process with steps within the timeframe of achieving results. We do not make any overnight decisions because we work with a solid plan for the long-term perspective.
